Martha "Marty" Giddings started her real estate career in 1987. She is currently the broker for RE/MAX and is actively involved in her local real estate board. She is a member of and serves on the Convention Committee for the West Virginia Board of REALTORS and is also a national and state member of Council of Certified Residential Specialists (CRS).Marty is also Vice President for the WVCRS Chapter. Joyce and her husband started visiting Snowshoe in the 1980's because they loved to ski. The compelling nature of the mountain led them to re-locate here from Roanoke, VA in 2000. Since 2001, Joyce has been a RE/MAX agent. She has earned the designation and membership of the Council of Residential Specialists and is an Associate Broker. John lives with his wife Kathy on a Christmas tree farm near Marlinton. He has been a property owner at Snowshoe since 1981. Spence is originally from Knoxville, Tennessee but moved to Snowshoe in November of 1996 to be a ski bum for 4 months. 12 years later he and his wife Carol have never left. They now live with their daughter McKenna in a log home that they built and also own Heritage Log Homes of Snowshoe. Spence spends much of his time with family and loves to ski, hike, snowshoe and occasionally you will find him working in his yard. Like most people they moved here for the winters but stayed for the summers. West Virginia is home now and they couldn't be happier.
